LEAD UNDER PRESSURE™ 1:1 COACHING
You Were Promoted to Lead. Now the Pressure Is Different.
Being a strong individual performer does not automatically prepare you to lead people. Lead Under Pressure™ 1:1 Coaching helps new and emerging managers strengthen the self-awareness, communication, emotional regulation, decision-making, accountability, and people-leadership skills required to lead effectively when the pressure is high.
Practical leadership development for the moments that matter most.

Leading former peers
Having difficult conversations
Holding people accountable
Delegating instead of taking work back
Managing different personalities
The Shift From High Performer to People Leader Changes Everything.
As an individual contributor, your success was largely determined by your own performance.
As a manager, your success increasingly depends on your ability to communicate expectations, develop people, handle conflict, make decisions, delegate, coach, and create accountability.
That transition can create pressure even for highly capable professionals.
Responding to conflict
Communicating upward to senior leadership
Making decisions with incomplete information
Managing pressure without becoming reactive
Building confidence as a new leader
This Coaching Is Designed for You If...
Were recently promoted into management
Are preparing for their first leadership role
Are technically strong but less confident managing people
Avoid difficult conversations
Struggle with delegation or accountability
Feel pressure from both their team and senior leadership
Want stronger communication and decision-making skills

Coaching Grounded in Experience
Larice Peoples developed Lead Yourself First™ through decades of high-stakes transition. As a practitioner who has navigated sales leadership, corporate business, and entrepreneurship, he observed a recurring gap: leaders often have the mechanics of management but struggle to access those behaviors when pressure enters the room. His philosophy connects the distance between leadership knowledge and real-world action. Beginning with his background in athletics and evolving through executive facilitation and personal adversity, Larice discovered that external leadership is always a direct reflection of internal discipline. He provides practical, grounded coaching for organizations that require development that actually transfers into daily moments that matter most.
